The chips are put down on the intersection of the 4 digits. 5th, 6 line wager-wager on a pair of streets that are next to one another. The chips are put down on the intersection point.

6th, trio wager-wager on zero, one, two, or zero, two, three. The chips are put down on the area where the numbers intersect.
